招聘崗位

赴新加坡 機場景區服務大使Studio Experienced Ambassador (SEA)  WP

應聘要求

• 性別年齡：男女不限，21-35歲以下；
• 學曆要求：大專或以上學曆；
• 經驗要求：英文流利，會操作電腦，有相關客服經驗者優先（如酒店、商場、空乘等），有新加坡客服經驗的優先考慮。能夠接受輪班。

薪資待遇

• 薪水：1950新幣/月(底薪1250新幣+住補250新幣+輪班50新幣+交通50新幣+化妝50新幣)。試用期後享有—-特別津貼：100新幣/月；表現獎（達到績效）：450新幣/季度；全勤獎：150新幣/季度。

• 其他：提供制服（第一個月的培訓期需要准備自己的正式襯衫，褲子和鞋子）

• 工作時間:  做2休2，輪班制

  班次 1：1000H – 2200H (休息1小時)

  班次2：0900H – 2100H（休息1小時）

  班次3：1100H – 2300H （休息1小時）

• 注意：有一年綁定合約，如在1年內離職需要賠付1000新幣。

崗位職責

• Attend to all walk-in Ticketing sales and enquires of guest

  參加所有步入式票務銷售和客人查詢

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors at all times

  隨時爲訪客提供優質的客戶服務

• Perform end to end ticketing sales and cashiering duties, including dailyopening, closing, smooth transaction, generating and reconciling daily ticketsales reports for both changi experience studio and giftshop

  執行端到端票務銷售和出納業務，包括每日開店，關店，順利交易，生成和協調 星耀景區和禮品店的每日門票銷售報告

• Actively promote ticketing packages, promotion, and sales at the mainadmission area

  積極推廣主要入場區的票務套餐，促銷和銷售

• Assist in the exhibition galleries to provide guest with an enriching andunforgettable experience and safeguarding the studio Artefacts

  協助展覽館爲客人提供豐富而難忘的體驗，並保護景區工藝品

• Ensure all studio Artefacts are not tampered with

  確保所有景區的工藝品都不會被篡改

• Facilitated and coordinate guided tour of various group of people

  促進和協調各類人群的導遊

• Perform price tagging, regular stock takes and stock replenishment ofmerchandise.

  執行價格標記，定期庫存和庫存補貨

• Handle feedbacks from guests and tenants and proactively providesolutions

  處理來賓和租戶的反饋，並主動提供解決方案

• Maintain cleanliness of ticketing counter and gift shop

  保持售票櫃台和禮品店的清潔

• Other duties assigned by studio Experience Supervisor or StudioExperience Manager
