1、洲際酒店集團任命昆明及雲南城投雲南酒店區域總經理——原松濤先生
卡佩克先生被任命爲香格裏拉酒店集團區域經理和北京中國大飯店總經理，將負責北京中國大飯店、國貿大酒店、新國貿飯店和北京香格裏拉飯店四家酒店的全面運營工作。
現任昆明洲際酒店總經理原松濤先生將從2019年4月1日起，升任洲際酒店集團昆明及雲南城投雲南酒店區域總經理，同時繼續擔任昆明洲際酒店總經理一職。
在加入洲際酒店集團前，原松濤先生在香格裏拉酒店集團曾工作了16年。2001年-2004年期間，原松濤先生曾在沈陽洲際酒店擔任餐飲部副經理。在2015年重新加入洲際酒店集團，參與預備總經理項目後，即開始擔任黑龍灘長島天堂洲際酒店總經理，後被調任九寨天堂洲際酒店群出任總經理。在九寨溝任職期間，原松濤先生面對七級地震帶來的災害時，展現了非凡的領導能力。臨機應變地處理危情，快速地疏散客人和員工等一系列積極有效的行動贏得了業主、政府和社會的高度認可。
在其新職務下，相信原松濤先生將帶領他的團隊在洲際酒店集團創造更多的輝煌。
Mr. Jeffrey Yuan, current General Manager of InterContinental Kunming, is promoted as Area General Manager, Kunming & YMCI Yunnan Cluster (excluding Hotel Indigo Puzhehei), effective from April 1, 2019. Jeffrey will remain as General Manager of InterContinental Kunming, a landmark InterContinental brand hotel under YMCI in Kunming.
Before joining IHG, Jeffrey has been in the luxury hotel industry for 16 years and held various management position at Shangri – La. He is not new to IHG, having worked with IHG at InterContinental Shenyang from 2001 to 2004 as Assistant F&B Manager. He rejoined IHG in October 2015, under the GM Ready program and became the General Manager of InterContinental Heilong Lake till transferring to InterContinental Resort Jiuzhai Paradise. When the seven-magnitude earthquake tragedy occurred in Jiuzhaigou, the InterContinental Resort Jiuzhai Paradise team faced with some critical conditions. Jeffrey showed very strong leadership in handling the crisis with fast decisions and quick reactions to evacuate the guests and staff to safer places. That was well recognized by the general public, including owners, government officials, the local community and our colleagues.
Under his strong leadership, working under a refreshing responsibility, Jeffrey and his team will strive for further improvement in IHG!

3、北京首都機場東海康得思酒店任命董事總經理——依思文先生
近日，依思文先生(Sven Isberg)被朗廷酒店集團委任爲北京首都機場東海康得思酒店董事總經理。他將秉承朗廷酒店集團的品牌理念及標准，負責酒店的全面營運及業務發展。
依思文先生曾在中國內地酒店行業任職達20年之久，並于2011年加入深圳朗廷酒店的開業籌備團隊。依思文先生憑其出色的領導力，及對于酒店開業籌備、品牌重塑及區域集群的管理知識和豐富經驗，成功的將深圳朗廷酒店打造爲深圳及華南地區公認的奢華酒店品牌領導者。而後擔任上海新天地朗廷酒店的董事總經理一職。出生于德國漢堡，依思文先生以實習生爲起點，開啓其酒店職業生涯，隨後，依思文先生于紐約康奈爾大學繼續攻讀酒店管理專業。而後依思文先生先後任職于希爾頓位處世界各地的酒店，從慕尼黑到伊斯坦布爾，從首爾到台北，積累了豐富的酒店管理經驗。 1999年，依思文先生年僅35歲，就擔任起酒店總經理一職，爲當時希爾頓酒店集團最年輕的總經理, 傳爲一時佳話。
依思文先生表示，“非常高興能夠回到北京，與朗廷集團旗下的年輕品牌康得思開啓一段新的征程，我將與團隊爲全球賓客呈獻從心出發的摯誠服務。”
4、重慶解放碑凱悅酒店任命總經理——任捷先生
任捷先生被任命爲重慶解放碑凱悅酒店總經理，擁有超過25年酒店行業從業經曆，任捷先生曾先後在五個國家的六家凱悅酒店集團旗下酒店工作過，足迹遍布世界各地其中包括世界著名的旅遊聖地。
此次是他第一次涉足中國，履新之前，他曾任職巴厘島君悅酒店酒店經理。任捷先生的酒店生涯始于1994年印度孟買的泰姬瑪哈酒店，其間八年的工作經曆爲他之後的職業發展奠定了堅實基礎。接下來，他加入了位于德裏的凱悅酒店任職餐飲副總監，之後的16年他在凱悅酒店集團不斷發展，曾先後在孟買、塞班島、馬尼拉以及巴厘島等凱悅及君悅品牌酒店工作並擔任不同管理職位。
任捷先生將把多年在凱悅酒店集團餐飲運營上豐厚的管理經驗以及自身對餐飲始終的執著與激情注入全新的市場與酒店。同時，他在市場銷售方面也有著獨道的見解，持續通過分析與創新提升銷售收益增長，實現酒店業績最大化。
Mr. Rajebhosale is a seasoned hotelier and brings to the role more than 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, which spans five countries and some of the world’s most exclusive destinations.
He has spent the past 16 years with six Hyatt Hotels Group and prior to taking up this new position in China, Ranjeet was the Hotel Manager at Grand Hyatt Bali.Mr. Rajebhosale started his career in hospitality in 1994 with TAJ Mahal Palace & Tower in Mumbai for eight years. He was then recruited by the Hyatt as Assistant Director of F&B at the Hyatt Regency Delhi. Whilst with Hyatt, he has worked in Mumbai, Saipan, Manila and Bali in various key leadership roles.
Mr. Rajebhosale has a passion for Food & Beverage, which is a valuable asset for the Hyatt brand and positions him well to inspire creativity at the new property. He also brings his own unique perspective in the Sales & Marketing arena to the local market, which has been able to consistently deliver great financial results and contribute to the continued growth of the hotels he has worked previously.
5、上海魯能JW萬豪侯爵酒店任命總經理——潘小莺女士
上海魯能JW萬豪侯爵酒店正式任命潘小莺女士爲酒店總經理，她將全面負責酒店開業籌備及營運與管理工作。

Angela is an insightful leader with exceptional leadership and an innovative vision. Her last assignment was General Manager of the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel. Wanda Hotels and Resorts officially appointed Mr. Jeremy Shen as the General Manager of Wanda Vista Nanchang and Wanda Realm Nanchang Jiulonghu. In his role, he would be primarily responsible for two hotels operation and development strategy.
Mr. Jeremy Shen has almost 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has held several management roles in a number of well-known international hotel chains such as Starwood, Shangri-La, Hilton, ect. In March of 2016, Mr. Jeremy Shen jointed to Wanda and appointed as General Manager of Wanda Realm Shangrao, over the past three years, Mr. Shen Jie has led Wanda Realm Shangrao to one of the top hotels in Wanda Hotels and Resorts.

近日，廈門康萊德酒店正式任命鄭耀山先生（Josan Cheng）爲酒店經理，由2019年4月1日起，全面負責酒店運營及管理工作。
Josan 來自印度尼西亞，擁有超過18年，足迹遍布中國台灣，印尼，柬埔寨包括度假村在內的國際品牌酒店管理經驗。其優異的工作業績助其成爲有著出色餐飲背景的酒店經理。Josan 在希爾頓的職業生涯源于2012年，在三亞海棠灣康萊德酒店和海棠灣希爾頓逸林酒店擔任餐飲總監，之後在大理希爾頓籌備期間晉升爲營運總監。在加入廈門康萊德酒店之前，他在廣州白雲希爾頓擔任營運總監一職。履新前，Josan擔任廈門康萊德酒店營運總監一職，並在2018年12月總經理調轉之後，全面負責酒店運作。

方芸女士來自上海，有著逾20載的酒店從業經驗，曾先後在上海威斯汀大酒店、上海卓美亞喜瑪拉雅酒店等擔任領導職位。方芸女士自2014年4月加入希爾頓集團，在三亞海棠灣康萊德酒店和海棠灣希爾頓逸林酒店擔任商務發展總監。2016年6月內部調轉到廈門康萊德酒店擔任商務發展總監。成功定位了廈門康萊德酒店的營銷戰略及市場推廣方向，擁有十分敏銳的市場觸覺。
憑借著在衆多包括奢華酒店品牌在內的多年曆練，方芸女士積累了豐富的酒店管理經驗，擁有追求爲客人提供卓越靈動服務體驗的熱情。此次履新將爲她在希爾頓酒店集團的職業生涯開啓新的篇章，爲廈門康萊德的日常運營注入新的靈感。
Recently, Conrad Xiamen is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Fang as Director of Operations since April 1st 2019 to be responsible for Hotel operation departments.
Coming from Shanghai. Catherine has been working in hospitality industry for more than 20 years and worked in The Westin Shanghai, Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel as management level. She started Hilton Journey in April 2014 with Conrad & Doubletree By Hilton Sanya Haitangbay as Cluster Commercial Director. In June 2016, she internal transferred to Conrad Xiamen as Commercial Director and successfully set the business strategies and marketing direction with sensitive market sensors.
With such years working in different hotel brands including luxury brands, Catherine has accumulated rich hotel management experience and owned full passion for providing inspired service to guests. This new beginning will open a new chapter for her role in Hilton and bring new operation inspiration to Conrad Xiamen.
14、天津富力萬達文華酒店任命名仕會運營總監——甄明先生
近日，天津富力萬達文華酒店任命甄明先生爲名仕會運營總監。他將全面負責名仕會運營和管理工作。
甄明先生擁有10余年餐廳及高端會所的運營及管理經驗，曾就職于洲際酒店管理集團、萬豪酒店管理集團、萬達酒店及度假村等國際連鎖酒店，從餐飲銷售經理到名仕會運營總監，他具備熟練而堅實的業務基礎，並參與了多家酒店的籌建開業工作。履新前，甄明先生在南甯富力萬達文華酒店擔任名仕會運營總監一職。
如今，他將以高效的管理作風及積極地工作熱情帶領天津富力萬達文華酒店名仕會團隊創造更加輝煌的成就。

William Zhen has over 10 years restaurants and high-end club operation and management experience. He has been worked at IHG, Marriott and Wanda Hotels Group, etc with hotel pre-opening experience. Prior to this new role, William Zhen was the Director of Operations of Club Reign at Wanda Vista Nanning. By his strong business operation senses and knowledge.

15、長沙富力萬達文華酒店任命餐飲總監——尉予明先生
近日，長沙富力萬達文華酒店任命尉予明先生爲餐飲總監，全面負責酒店美食彙全日餐廳、品珍中餐廳、大堂吧、宴會廳及整個廚房團隊的運營和管理。
尉予明先生于1994年進入酒店行業，擁有近25年的酒店餐飲工作經驗。尉予明先生以西廚廚師的身份開啓職業生涯，2015年，由于其出色的工作變現和管理才能，從行政總廚升任餐飲總監。他先後服務于萬達、洲際、雅高酒店管理集團，足迹遍布深圳、海南、雲南、江蘇等地。對各集團餐飲品牌標准有著廣泛了解，對各地飲食文化有深入研究。在加入長沙富力萬達文華酒店之前，他擔任廊坊萬達嘉華酒店餐飲總監，帶領廊坊萬達嘉華酒店餐飲團隊創收入曆史新高，2018年，廊坊萬達嘉華酒店在整個萬達酒店及度假村餐飲收入排行榜中名列前茅。
尉予明先生表示：“萬達是我職業生涯的一個重要平台，很榮幸加入長沙富力萬達文華酒店，我將盡我所能，帶領團隊，創新菜品，提升服務，使酒店生意更上一層樓”。
16、濟甯富力萬達嘉華酒店任命餐飲總監——張新友先生
近日，濟甯富力萬達嘉華酒店正式任命張新友先生爲酒店餐飲總監，全面負責餐飲部門的監督與管理。
張先生擁有24年餐飲行業的從業經曆，曾任職于香格裏拉，凱萊，索菲特，皇冠假日等多家知名國際品牌酒店。此次履新前，張新友先生就職于煙台文華酒店任行政總廚。從行政總廚到餐飲總監的角色轉換，將使他更加熟知客人在菜品烹饪及出品方面的需求，並結合萬達酒店及度假村的餐飲服務及管理理念，爲客人提供全新的體驗。
首次來到濟甯的張新友先生將憑借他豐富的經驗，與總經理一起努力使濟甯富力萬達酒店成爲行業內標杆，帶領酒店餐飲團隊迎接新的挑戰。
