沒錯，昨天新加坡人力部宣布重大消息，針對外籍員工家屬准證的政策將做出新的調整，具體官方內容如下：
作爲定期更新的一部分，新加坡人力部重新審視了工作准證持有者爲家屬申請准證的資格。從2018年起，如果新加坡工作准證持有者想爲其配偶和孩子申請家屬准證，最低工資必須達到6000新幣以上才行。而如果要爲父母申請家屬准證，則要達到12000新幣以上才行。
此項規定是從2018年開始，若是今年申請，依舊是按照舊規則行事。

A1 – From 1 Jan 2018:
S Pass and EP holders need to meet aminimum fixed monthly salary of $6,000 to bring in their spouse/children (on Dependant’sPass).
S Pass and EP holders need to meet aminimum fixed monthly salary of
$12,000 to bring in their parents (onLong Term Visit Pass).

A2 – The Government updatesthe DP/LTVP qualifying salary fromtime to time, to ensure that the main pass holder will be able to upkeep theirdependants.
（政府不時更新DP / LTVP合格的工資，確保主要通行證持有人能夠維護其家屬。）

Q3– Does this apply to all EP and S Pass holders? How will the changes to thedependant privileges affect existing dependants of EP and S Pass holders?

A3 – The changes will only apply to newDP/LTVP applications made on or after 1 Jan 2018.
To reduce disruption to familiesalready here or arriving soon, DP/LTVPs that are issued or approved before 1Jan 2018 will remain valid as long as the main pass holder has a valid EP/SPass.
Dependants who renew their passes on orafter 1 Jan 2018 will not be affected provided the main pass holder remainswith the same employer.

A4 – We treat any change in employer asa new application. If you changeemployer from 1 Jan 2018, you will have to meet the revised salary criteria toretain your dependant privileges.
