工作職責
1、根據公司長期發展戰略規劃，主持制定經營管理方針、政策、策略和年度經營計劃；
2、主持管理人員經營管理會議和年度績效會議，制定並完成公司人才建設和業績目標；
3、審議、決定公司各部門的年度工作責任指標；
4、審議公司各部門的薪資、獎懲方案、內部管理制度；
5、審批公司財務計劃、財務報表，掌握財務系統運作狀況；
6、主持日常經營管理工作，檢查、督導和協調各部門工作進展；
7、發公司各部門的考核評價工作；
8、安排分公司管理人員的責任分工，協調各人員相互工作關系；
9、簽署上報、印發的各種重要報表、文件和資料。
要求中英文雙語流利。
有區塊鏈經驗，FINTECH高科技或金融領域管理經驗優先。

Weare looking for an experienced Managing Director to control and oversee allbusiness operations, people and ventures. You will be the highest rankingmanager in the organization and will be responsible for the overall success ofthe business.
Theideal candidate will be a strategist and a leader able to steer the company tothe most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission andlong term goals. Very strong crisis management skills will also be essential.
