新加坡一直是一個被留學生鍾愛的國家，其優秀的教育體制和水平吸引著許多同學前往。在拿到offer後，需要搞定學生簽證，才可以順利出發去念書。今天，立思辰留學小編就跟大家詳細說說：如何辦理新加坡學生簽證。
新加坡學生簽證辦理流程
（1）拿到新加坡學校Offer；
（2）向新加坡移民與關卡局（ICA）提交學生簽證申請；
（3）申請獲批後，ICA向學生出具In-Principle Approval（IPA）Letter；
（4）學生憑借IPA和護照入境新加坡，並向ICA預約（網上）換取學生簽證；
（5）獲得學生簽證。
IPA申請
申請資格：
申請者必須被一所合法的新加坡高等院校（IHL）錄取開始全日制課程的學習。IHL院校名單如下：

IPA申請流程
登陸 Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore ，並切換到 student’s pass 界面；
點 e-Services 裏面的 SOLAR （For Polytechnics & Universities）。
進入後點 Student 選擇學生通道。
進入登陸界面，填寫學校給到的相關信息進行登錄。
點擊填寫e-Form 16，填寫信息界面，先看裏面的信息，*的必填。
填寫後點 Submit，然後上傳照片即可。
關掉浏覽器，按照第 4 步重新登錄，點擊剛才所提到的第四項付款即可。
最後，查看狀態和打印 e-Form16 就搞定啦！
換取Student’s Pass
學生憑借IPA Letter入境新加坡後，需將臨時簽證換成有效的多次入境簽證。爲了方便學生，提供工作效率，ICA會在某些學校（如NUS）的注冊時間內到學校去，學生直接在學校向ICA官員提交相關材料。
如果在注冊時間材料不完整，或者ICA沒有到自己所就讀的學校，則需上網預約，在預約時間內到ICA大樓辦理換取Student’s Pass。
預約：
登陸 Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore, 點擊進入到到 Booking of Appointment 界面。
在下拉欄裏選擇Completion of Student’s Pass Formalities，填寫相應信息進行預約。
材料清單：
· Serialized appointment letter 預約單
· A copy of the In-Principle Approval Letter;
· Original Passport with a copy of the passport particulars page;
· The Disembarkation/Embarkation card (IMM 27) of the student, granted on entry into Singapore. If the student is currently residing in Singapore on other Long Term Pass, he/she is required to bring along this pass; 入境卡（俗稱白卡）
· The print-out of e-Form 16 submitted through SOLAR (duly signed by the applicant);
· A medical report in a prescribed ICA format, X-ray and HIV report (must be written in English and endorsed by the reviewing doctor). The laboratory reports must not be more than three months from the date of issue. Students are encouraged to do their medical report in their home country and bring it to Singapore for submission. The medical report is only required for studies of more 6 months;
· ICA Medical Form、X光及HIV報告原件;報告的日期必須是三個月以內。體檢其實可在國內做，也可以在注冊期間在學校做體檢。
· One recent colour passport-sized photo showing full face (taken on white background); 一張近期白底護照照片
· Copy of the receipt for payment for the Student‘s Pass; 繳費收據（$30+$90）
· Two signed copies of the Terms and Conditions of Issue for Long Term Pass (LTP) card
續簽事項
新加坡私立大學的學生簽證有效期只有半年到一年，切記在到期前續簽！一旦逾期，不僅要被罰5000新元，而且還會被遣送回國！
要想成功續簽，學生必須在單個學期內保持至少90%的出勤率。
如果出勤率未達到90%，學生將接到警告信。此外，連續3天沒來學校上課，又沒有醫生的證明，也將收到學校的警告信。若連續7天曠課，學校將通知移民廳。
據立思辰留學介紹，對出勤率不足90%的學生，新加坡移民廳有權拒批他們的學生准證申請。
