雖然新加坡現在已經開放了簽證申請，但是對于入境是有著很嚴格的要求和措施的。
現在入境新加坡需要獲得三種批准信（內中任意一種均可）才可以入境新加坡。
三種批准信分別爲：
- Safe Travel Pass （安心通行證）
- Air Travel Pass （航空通行證）
- ICA Approval of Letter of Entry (ALE) （移民局入境批准信）
下面我們來一起看看對于三種批准信的有關規定：
Please inform all applicants that the possession of avalid visa alone does not guarantee entry into Singapore. All short-termvisitors must still seek prior approval via appropriate COVID-19 travelchannels (e.g. obtain a SafeTravel Pass under Green/Fast Lane arrangements, Air Travel Pass, or Approval Letter for Entry from relevant Singapore Authorities) before they can enter Singapore. 第一類：Safe Travel Pass（Can tourists apply for Safe Travel Passes? ）
Safe Travel Passes are only issued to travelers makingshort-term essential business and official travel. These passes are notapplicable for tourists.
移民局明確說明“安心通行證”只能簽發給商務/公務，普通旅遊者不能獲得通行證。
Official and business travellers from the following countries/ regions will be permitted to travel to Singapore using a SafeTravel Pass. Applications for a SafeTravel Pass must be sponsored by a company or government agency in Singapore.
- People’s Republic of China, but restricted to six Chinese provinces and municipalities (Chongqing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Tianjin and Zhejiang)
- Malaysia
- Brunei Darussalam
- Republic of Korea
- Japan
國內僅限于六個省市（重慶、廣東、江蘇、上海、天津和浙江）
第二類：Air Travel Pass
Travellers travelling from the following countries can visit Singapore on a short-term basis if they qualify for an Air Travel Pass.
- Australia (excluding Victoria state)
- Brunei Darussalam
- New Zealand
- Vietnam
目前“航空通行證”僅面對“澳大利亞（維多利亞州除外）”；文萊達魯薩蘭國；新西蘭、越南四國開放。
第三類：Permission for entry into Singapore（新加坡入境許可）
All other short-term visitors are not allowed entry into Singapore at the moment, except for the following categories who will need to submit an application for entry into Singapore:
- An immediate family member or relative of a Singapore Citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);
- A spouse-to-be of a Singapore Citizen or a Singapore PR; or
- A non-resident who has extenuating reasons to enter Singapore (e.g. death of a family member in Singapore).
If you arrive in Singapore without the Air Travel Pass/ SafeTravel Pass or the approval letter of entry, you will be refused entry and will have to bear the cost for the flight out of Singapore.
現在移民局規定所有短期訪客均不允許入境新加坡。以下情況的短期訪客除外：
- 新加坡公民或新加坡永久居民(PR)的直系親屬或親屬;
- 准配偶爲新加坡公民或新加坡公民;
- 有情有可原的理由進入新加坡的非居民(例如家庭成員在新加坡死亡)。
需要特別提醒，如果您在抵達新加坡時沒有航空旅行證/安全旅行證或入境批准函，您將被拒絕入境，並將不得不承擔離開新加坡的航班費用。
此外，對于所有其他希望進入新加坡的外國遊客，請參閱下面的其他入境申請途徑：
- 持有學生通行證(STP)或原則上批准(IPA)的STP:經其所屬教育機構向教育部申請批准
- 來就醫的外國遊客：通過新加坡醫生向衛生部[email protected]申請入境批准
