職位:區域經理/區域助理經理
Position: Regional Manager/Assistant Manager

工作職責
Job Description
校友關系:負責新加坡國立大學商學院指定區域的校友聯絡(包括來電、來訪等);校友信息管理;支持校友活動,包括前期聯絡,活動組織及後期宣傳工作等;
Alumni Relations: Strengthen alumni engagement, keep alumni database updated, organize alumni events in China, including planning, organizing and publicity;
對外聯系:對接中國企業的海外校園招聘、校企合作、企業捐贈、校園參訪等意向;
Corporate Liaison: Facilitate partnerships between B-school and Chinese companies, provide support to local companies on-campus recruitment, academic partnerships, fund raising and stewardship, company visits etc;
招生活動:協助和配合商學院研究生院各課程(主要爲中文EMBA學位課程)在中國的招生工作,協助完成招生目標;
Programme Recruitment: Work with Graduate Studies Office for Chinese-EMBA recruitment, follow up with leads and maximize prospects;
其他工作:協助中國辦主任制定中國地區工作計劃,關系建立、維護以及其他商務工作,准備相應資料。
Others: Work with the Director to strategize on outreach, relationship building and business development activities in China.
任職要求
Requirements
大學本科及以上學曆,MBA優先考慮;三年以上客戶關系管理、活動策劃實施等相關工作經驗,有院校工作經驗者有限考慮;
At least a bachelor degree. MBA would be a bonus; more than 3 years’ experience in customer relations or events management. Related experience in universities would be preferred;
熟練的中英文書面及口語表達能力,優秀的溝通協調能力、活動策劃能力、創新能力;
Effectively bilingual & able to multi-task. Exceptional interpersonal skills to deal with business leaders (alumni) and vendors alike;
具備良好的團隊合作精神,以及高度的工作責任感和執行力;
Team player yet independent self-starter. Highly motivated and is an initiative-taker;
可以適應出差,及合理的周末加班;
Ability to travel in the greater China region, ad-hoc work in the evening/weekend as needed.
具有新加坡工作或者學習經驗者優先考慮。
Working or studying experience in Singapore would be preferred.

Position: Administration Executive

工作職責
Job Description
中國辦公室對外窗口,能專業得接待來訪的商學院老師、員工、校友以及企業的來電來訪;並可以獨立對接學院其他辦公室的相關要求;
Window of the office: able to handle the requests from different stakeholders as well as from other offices in NUS B-school properly;
辦公室日常運營工作,包括協助公司接聽電話、複印打印、起草校對文件、後勤采購、辦公環境以及固定資産管理、票務、費用結算等日常性行政事務的管理;
Support the operations of the China Office, take ownership of office administrative tasks, such as, placing/answering phone calls; making copies, faxes and scans; filtering emails, drafting and/or proof-reading documents; sorting and documenting files; purchasing office supplies;
支持商學院及中國辦公室組織或發起的活動,支持前期場地詢價,供應商選擇,現場簽到,以及交通安排等行政事務;
Event Execution: Excellent project management skills to handle tasks including venue selection, transportation arrangement, vendor selection, registration, etc;
辦公室主任交辦的其他辦公室工作。
Other duties and responsibilities expected of this position may change as deemed appropriate by the China Office Director.
任職要求
Requirements
中國及海外大學本科及以上學曆,兩年以上行政工作或者項目助理經驗;
At least a bachelor degree with a minimum of two years of administrative or project-based experience;
中文英讀寫流利,待人接物得體;
Effectively bilingual, exceptional interpersonal skills to deal with business leaders (alumni) and vendors alike;
高度的執行力,注重細節和計劃性;
Strong execution skills with a keen eye for detail & timeliness;
具有在新加坡工作或者學習經驗者優先考慮。
Working or Studying Experience in Singapore would be preferred.
