寫作的六個關鍵點
一定要留意
一.時態的表達方法
時態的學習我們從最初學習英語就開始了，但是可能同學們從未意識到的一點是：時態，除了在我們初高中英語課本上學習的“什麽時間用什麽時態”之外，還有一項重要作用：時態帶出時間。
1.現在我們總比過去好的多。
Anyway, things are much better than before.
(than before自然就是今昔對比，不用再有at present)
2.上海，目前完全有條件搞的更快一點。
Shanghai is another example. It has all the necessary conditions for faster progess.
(同理)
3.當前，全世界都在關注著我國的改革。
The whole word is watching the reforms in our country.
(is watching現在進行時，“當前”可以省了)
4.未來經濟發展在很大程度上取決于……
The development of our economy in the futurewill, to a large extent depend on…The development of our economy will depend on a large extent on….、
(對比兩句，will就是將來，所以in the future的時間表示可以去了)
5.過去兩個超級大國主宰世界，現在情況變了。

二.數的表達方法
1.我們應該采取一系列措施……

(measures一個複數即是很多的意思，a series of 可以不要)
2.在這一時期，多種物資的供應嚴重缺乏。
Throughout this period, there was severe shortage ofa great variety of goods.
Throughout this period, there was severe supplies shortage.

3.深入實際工作對找到各種問題的解決辦法十分重要。
Plunging yourselves into practical work is very important for you to find solutions toall sorts of problems.

三.動詞性重複
1986年，國家教育委員會，衛生部文件：外國留學生和研究學者，須做艾滋病檢查，對堅持不接受檢查，且勸說無效的，不得安排學習。
The 1986 document of the state education commission and MOH states: foreign students, researchers, and scholars must undergo an AIDS test; persons who refuse and cannot beto do somay not be accepted for studies.
(請注意對于“堅持不接受檢查，且勸說無效”直接一個so,簡單清晰，如果讓大家寫，是不是有是一大串定語從句了呢)
四.名詞性重複
最後，20年來，中國發生了很大變化，包括中國的權利系統和中國的法律制度，但是，發生在中國的權利系統和法律制度方便的變化卻並沒有像有些人說的那麽大，甚至可以說，在這方面沒有發生本質性的變化，這就是中國官方說的政治體制改革滯後的問題。

五.用其他名詞做總結
堅持緊急建設必須依靠科學技術，科學技術工作必須面向經濟建設的原則，促進科技與經濟的有機結合。

六.省略漢語中的範疇詞
名詞性範疇，動詞性範疇。
先科普一下什麽是範疇詞：範疇詞是指漢語命名中傾向于加範疇的詞語，如 問題、狀態、情況、工作，有時本身沒有實質的意義，翻譯時可以省去不譯。
比如“貧富差距的問題”，如果直譯爲“the problem regarding the wealth gap” 並沒有錯，但比較啰嗦，因爲差距本身就是一個問題，因此在翻譯中可將範疇詞“問題”刪除，下面請看例子：
1.計劃工作
a serious mistake in the work of planninga serious mistake in planning
2.密切合作的關系
to ensure a relationship of close cooperation between…to ensure close cooperation between…
3.鋪張浪費的行爲
we must oppose the practice of extravagancewe must oppose extravagance
4.采取……的態度
we must adopt the attitude of …..

七.消除同義重複出現
這是通向富裕和繁榮的唯一出路。

有技巧
認真審題
考生切忌信手拈來，提筆就寫，根本不審題，想到哪兒就寫到哪兒，置考試要求于不顧，作文第一步是仔細審題，考生要仔細閱讀試題要求及相關信息，如文字，圖畫等，准確把握出題者意圖。
列出提綱，慎重落筆
雖說考試時間有限，但是切忌匆忙落筆開始胡寫亂謅。
你可以先花一點時間列個提綱，對原始材料分析歸納後要形成一個基本的框架。
文章打算分幾段寫，每段大概怎樣寫，自數控制在多少，開頭段落是道破主題，點名要旨，引人入勝還是先給出主題一般的背景情況和對主題進行濃縮的陳述呢，中間段落和結尾有怎樣寫呢。這些都要心中有數。
列好提綱開始落筆寫作的過程中，要注意如下兩點：

突出重點，注重邏輯
考生在選擇材料時應注重選擇那些最能體現中心思想、最具代表性的材料，這些材料要共同表達一致的信息。
選材時切忌胡子眉毛一把抓。詞語堆積，不倫不類。前後及段落之間在邏輯關系上要緊密銜接，不能把沒有任何邏輯關系的詞放在一起。可以用恰當的關聯詞把思想連貫的表達出來。

用詞准確，語法正確
考試時要特別注意語法，此語，語氣，標點符號等。
爲了避免太多單詞拼寫錯誤，語法錯誤，不要爲了追求詞語的華麗而堆積一些自己也沒把握的單詞，不要刻意追求長句而寫一些自己不知對錯的有多個從句組成的長句。
考試時最好選擇自己最有把握的詞彙，短語，句式。
