Native is a Singapore cocktail bar founded by Vijay Mudaliar with a commitment to using local and regional produce and supporting local and regional craftsmen for its wares, scents, music and more. Native is brimming with ideas, both behind the scenes and on the menu.

Rising 34 places in 2018 at No. 13 of The World’s 50 Best Bars, Native also won the Highest Climber Award, sponsored by Nikka Whisky.

Sustainability influences everything at Native. The team uses homemade vinegars, yoghurt whey or ants for acidity, but shuns lemons and limes to avoid a pile of shells at closing. Napkins are linen, coasters are reusable lotus leaves and straws are lotus stems from florist.
Native 酒吧致力于推動自然資源可持續的合理利用,尊重並使用區域性産品、原料和自制材料來制作特色雞尾酒。酒吧調酒師使用自制的醋、酸奶乳清或蟻酸來代替檸檬和青檸調制酸味,從而避免産生大量果殼。他們的餐巾是亞麻布制成,杯墊使用的是可重複使用的荷葉以及吸管是花農運送而來的荷花莖。
Two guest bartenders Sihao and Leon from Native will be presenting innovative cocktails from their lab at the pop up in The Ritz Bar & Lounge for local cocktail aficionados.
