什麽是AEIS考試？
新加坡政府中小學國際學生統一入學考試（Admissions Exercise for International Students）是由新加坡教育部專爲有意申請就讀新加坡政府中、小學的國際學生統一組織、安排的入學考試，考試時間爲每年9月或10月。
順利通過該考試的國際學生將在次年1月份直接入讀新加坡政府中、小學。AEIS采取擇優錄取的原則，其難度很直觀地表現在通過率上，每年參加AEIS的考生大約有2-3萬人，而通過率一般維持在10%-20%之間。
AEIS考試內容？
AEIS考試內容由兩部分組成，即英文與數學。考試將主要考核考生的英語讀寫能力、數學計算能力，以及邏輯思維能力。有意申請就讀新加坡政府中、小學的國際學生需要認識到，英文是新加坡教育的媒介語言。
AEIS考試分爲小學部和中學部兩個級別，對于考生的要求及錄取不盡相同：
小學部：英文考試120分鍾；數學考試80分鍾
初中部：英文考試130分鍾；數學考試75分鍾
英文科目的考核重點主要在于考生英文詞彙、語法、閱讀與寫作的綜合能力；數學科目的考試將主要考核考生對數學基礎知識與方法應用。
