To celebrate Singapore’s 57th birthday, Hua Ting presents an exclusive limited time local platter, Three Treasures, consisting of three specially curated dishes – Sautéed Crab Claw in Chili Sauce served with “Man Tou” stick; Deep-fried Pork Rib with Crispy Garlic served with “Bak Kut Teh”; and Wok-Fried Hokkien Noodles with Live Prawns.
The Three Treasures Platter embodies Singapore’s culinary heritage with authentic and elevated flavour, is specially priced at S$57, available only for weekday lunch throughout the month of August.
