項目位于青島市西海岸新區中心區，基于青島·西海岸ROLO國際康複中心度假村，以健康·關懷·尊享的醫療關護樹立新的康養模式和典範，以開放·共享·多元的國際化氣質打造五星級國際度假村，以自然·生態·體驗的優美環境創新公共空間價值，旨在打造一個具有五星級度假村氣質的居家式康複療養基地。

本案規劃用地總面積約172.4 萬平米。其中，景觀設計面積約20.38 萬平米。整體環湖的規劃結構、高低錯落的地勢及現代簡潔的建築風格留給了景觀充裕的發揮空間。依托現狀生態資源，結合市場及客群療養需求和康養度假需求，圍繞“生態資源、療養需求、康養度假”三大方向進行整體設計。

丨設計範圍
項目環湖而伫，背倚4A級景區大珠山北麓，現狀植被生長良好，空氣清新，湖水秀美。場地內部自然空間格局明顯，“水、灣、灘、島、林、草” 空間元素豐富。本案總體景觀規劃分爲一環（健康漫步環）、兩區（康養體驗區和國際度假區）、五組團（迎賓森林、療養花園、漫享水灣、私享雅院、歡樂水岸）；由靜到動，滿足不同客群康養度假需求。

丨規劃解讀
二、迎賓森林 FOREST——<初見，卸下一身疲憊>
作爲示範區提前展示的康養場景，迎賓森林依托康複中心前場空間，全程通過種植多種色葉樹，從入口開始就營造一個舒適、放松的景觀氛圍。結合平坦的地勢，在入口設計顯眼的logo標識、迎賓大道、疏林花境，中心花園循序漸進，逐次引導人流進入康複中心。

三、療養花園GARDEN——< 當童話世界走入現實生活>
踏入花園，你會震撼于這裏的娴靜美好。結合場地打造的療養休閑花園，到處都彌漫著花朵、植物的芳香，鮮豔各色的植物們組成了一幅畫中世界。在陽光花房，你還可以親自參與種植、插花等手工勞作，享受動手的樂趣，通過嗅覺、視覺、觸感去感知這方天地。

六、歡樂水岸COAST——< 夏夜晚風 踏著湖面而來 搖晃起一整岸的歡樂>
一灣湖綠從森林和草坪中跳脫出來，蜿蜒的穿起了沿岸的空間。水岸利用現狀湖灣資源設置濱水休閑場地，保留現狀森林半島大樹，打造家庭式露天影院，搭配遊船碼頭和湖濱吧台，爲基地增添了幾許惬意。

本案結合青島溫暖濕潤的氣候條件，針對各分區用地特點，因地制宜，綜合利用雨水花園、下沉綠地、透水鋪裝、雨水調蓄池等措施進行雨水消納與入滲。
