頂著淡淡滴“薄霧”,考生們迎來了比吸煙霾還鬧心的English Papers,很多學生反映昨晚的爆表指數就是一種不祥的征兆。。。不過今年的試卷沒有那麽變態,還是可以一搏的。
今天(20號)下午的英文試卷(1128),分爲兩個部分,即paper 1(包含Editing改錯+Situational Writing情景作文+ContinuousWriting大作文)和paper 2(Reading Comprehension閱讀理解)。13:30至15:20考查paper 1,緊接著16:05 至17:55是paper 2的部分,相信大家都被烤焦了。。。淡定,明天下午還有醉人的聽力等著你~
以下是根據考生回憶所整理的部分題目,附有老師獨家的點評及解析,僅供參考:
1.1 Editing 改錯(10題,10分)
時態語態:2個出錯點
詞性轉換:astonish — astonished; lucky — luckily
解析點評:大部分考生覺得改錯還是比較容易的,都改出來了,擺脫了千年改4個的死循環。。。詞彙難度也不大,都能讀懂,所以只要細心就可以發現破綻。
1.2 Situational Writing 情景作文(30分)
字數要求:250-350
文章類型:article,就是很普通的作文,大家平常在網站上看到的文章就是所謂的article。
文章主題:感謝grace友情提供
解析點評:今年的SW讓很多學生不知所措,因爲不知道該用什麽格式來寫。其實對于article,一般會有newsletter和magazine兩大類,沒有特殊的格式要求,寫一個title和相應的subheadings就可以。這個題目的難度較低,和旅遊有關,提到的地方大家也很熟悉。那麽在寫作過程中需要注意:題目中列出的4大點一定要全部包含在文章裏,即1. 一個吸引讀者的題目;2. 爲什麽這個假期吸引你;3. 在假期裏有哪些存在的活動或者項目;4. 旅遊者可以從假期中獲得什麽好處;5. 你的選擇是哪一個?爲什麽?(這個是題目最主要討論的部分)也就是說,只要按照題目的要求寫,整合圖片上的信息就可以,當然在這個過程中要注意語言表達,不要做單詞的搬運工。

1.3 Continuous Writing 大作文(30分)
字數要求:350-500
4選1話題:
解析點評:根據不完全統計,很多中國考生選擇的話題是第4個,其次是第3個。第4個話題是關于電子設備,如平板或智能手機,是幫助還是阻礙學生的學習。這個是科技類的話題,相對簡單,也是課堂上討論過很多次的話題,這個也是口試oral communication常出的話題,所以大家不陌生。對于議論文來說,關鍵的是2點:1. 是否有明確的個人觀點並給出2-3段的論據支撐;2. 是否有refute,反駁段落,闡述另一方面的信息。同樣,對于第3個題目,需要討論優缺點,那麽文章中必須包含對于長處和短處的詳細論述。
對于議論文來說,結構很重要,課堂上我們強調的結構如下,供大家參考:

Here are some benefits of allowing digital technologies inschool.
- Instant answers: Access to the Internet provides for instant answers for the curious. This is the search-and-learn environment kids are involved in today. Now, when they want to know “Why do leaves change color,” they are only a “search” away from learning. This also gives students the ability to get an answer to a question they may feel uncomfortable asking in class. If a teacher uses a term they don’t understand, they can find the answer discretely, and without interrupting the class.
- Wider access to information: Many children will mainly be exposed to the interests of their parents. If mom has an interest in dance, the child might get exposure. With Internet access, children can be exposed to a world of creative ideas outside of their bubble. They can learn another language, or teach themselves how to draw, knit, or play chess. They have access to an endless array of options available, not just to help them learn, but to gain skills they might not otherwise have access to.
- Access to video: Electronic devices in the classroom can enhance the learning experience by providing instant video access. Martin Luther King‘s “I Have a Dream” speech is not just something to read about. Man’s first step on the moon, early flight, presidential speeches, bridges being built … they all are made more real and easier to digest in the form of instant video availability.
Here are some potential negative impacts of using devices.
- Inappropriate materials: While schools can limit the availability of websites that can be viewed on their network, students may find links that slipped through the system. There will also be times that students will not be accessing the Internet through a monitored network.
- Distraction from schoolwork: With the temptation of social media and texting in their hands, students may focus solely on their social life instead of the lesson plan.
- Provide a‘dis-connect’: While some believe digital devices make for greater connections for students, there are those who believe too much time with digital devices provide a disconnect of students from face-to-face social activities, family communications and nature. Digital devices in the classroom would probably lead to an even greater such disconnection.
1.4 Reading Comprehension 閱讀理解(50分)

文章主題:
解析點評:閱讀網站信息並答題。這個是關于志願者項目的介紹,有支教、照顧孤兒、醫療援助和環境保護四個方面。這個內容的目的就是呼籲更多的人加入志願者行列,幫助更多的人。
Text 2
文章主題:
解析點評:這篇記敘文是講一個bus journey, 其中對于環境的描寫較多,比如duststorms were raging over quarries… some crawled like ants up and down hill sidesshaved to a raw red. 這兩個部分都和後邊的題目相關,rage這個詞表示狂怒,這裏就表示天氣的惡劣,沙塵暴狂卷;crawl表示匍匐前進,又加入比喻,like ants像螞蟻,更表示行駛的艱難。所以對于記敘文的分析要抓住關鍵性的描述,才能把握文章的基調。
Text 3
文章主題:
解析點評:
受限篇幅明顯很短,只有4段,講解的是關于水稻的生産,典型的說明文。O水准第3篇文章的考查重在最後一題:summary。這次是要求針對第2和第3段總結水稻的種植過程和處理水稻的步驟。做這個題目的步驟有3:1. 在文章中標出至少8個要點;2. 找出與要點對應的關鍵詞並嘗試用自己的語言表達;3. 整理關鍵詞,連詞成句,用linkers流暢整個總結,字數控制在80個以內。
總體來看,改革後的試卷加強了對信息整合能力的考查,更爲實用,同時在基礎語法部分的要求沒有放松,所以備戰明後年考試的同學要看清形勢和趨勢,提早開始自己的備考計劃,打好基礎,不要等到最後徒傷悲。
