2018年10月22日至24日，北京市委組織部、北京市人力資源和社會保障局、北京海外學人中心等單位將聯合在京舉辦2018海外英才北京行(Beijing Tour for Overseas Talents, BTOT)，誠邀各界海外人才齊聚北京，共謀創新發展之路。
北京作爲首都，是全國政治、文化、國際交往和科技創新中心，具有豐富的人才、科技和金融等創新創業資源，一直是海內外各界人才創新創業的首選之地，並湧現出一大批海歸精英。國家“千人計劃”、北京“海聚工程”等各方政策的推出，使北京彙集了更多的海內外有識之士。目前，北京已有1058人入選北京市“海聚工程”，其中250人入選國家“千人計劃”。
北京有最充足的人力資源，最集中的科研院所，最活躍的資本市場，同時在不斷完善著吸引海歸來京創新創業的政策環境、人文環境、資訊環境、人才環境和融資環境，並努力爲海歸人才提供更優質的服務，讓海外有識之士可以在北京實現自己的人生價值、成就自己的夢想。
此次活動著眼高端、打造實效。根據北京市發展需求和用人單位需要，本次活動重點聚焦兩類海外高端人才：一類是各領域的工作類人才，市屬醫院、高校和國有企業的高端工作崗位虛席以待；另一類是有明確科技産業項目，有意在京實現項目落地的創業類人才。我們將組織多種多樣的活動，包括海聚論壇、工作創業分享會、培訓、創新人才對接會、路演及對接、參觀考察等，一定讓您感到收獲豐盈，不虛此行。

Dear Sir/Madam,
To welcome overseas talents from all walks of life come to Beijing, Beijing Overseas Talents Center organizing the “2018 Beijing Tour for Overseas Talents”(BTOT) in Beijing on October 22-24, 2018. On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great honor to invite you. We strongly believe you will find the whole tour really charming.
Beijing has always been the most prosperous place in China for innovation and the leading destination for overseas talents. Beijing is also the country’s political center, culture center, international communication center and technological innovation center. China’s regulations on introducing talents, such as the national “Recruitment Program of Global Experts”(also called “The Thousand Talents Plan”) and the “Beijing Overseas Talents Project”, have attracted a large number of excellent overseas returnees. Up to now, 1058 returnees are listed in the “Beijing Overseas Talents Project” and among them, 250 have been selected into the “Recruitment Program of Global Experts”.
Beijing has advantages in human resources, research facilities and capital market. Through perfecting its policy environment, cultural environment, information environment, talent environment and financing environment, this amazing city is dedicated to embrace more top talents and to make their dreams come true.
The 2018 Beijing Tour for Overseas Talents aims to attract high-level talents and offer high-quality services. Top talents can choose a new career in municipal hospitals, colleges, universities and enterprises, or start a business to carry out R&D projects and commercialize them. We will organize various activities including but not limited to forums, symposiums, workshops, venture contests, and site visits.

創業類：

注意事項 Notes
被正式邀請的參會人員活動期間在京食宿、交通和考察費用由主辦方承擔，並根據來源國家情況提供適當的國際交通補貼。領取時須提供本人2018年9月30日零時以後入境的護照、登機牌及行程單，否則無法提供補貼；
國際交通補貼標准：
(1)來自歐美、澳大利亞的受邀海外人才，5000元人民幣/人
(2)來自亞太地區的受邀海外人才，3000元人民幣/人
(3)如實際機票金額不足以上標准的，按照實際發生費用補貼
參會人員須根據活動安排按時報到、全程參加活動；
對積分所換機票本次活動不提供國際交通補貼；
已經回國工作創業或參加過往屆“海外赤子北京行”的海外人才恕不在此次活動邀請之列；
因接待條件所限，活動僅限受邀者本人參加，配偶、子女及其他人員恕不接待。
The organizing committee will provide accommodation, transportation and site visits in Beijing, as well as a reimbursement allowance for the cost of international travel for those who receive the official invitation letter.
The persons who have set to work in China, or have participated in the “Beijing Tour for Overseas Chinese Talents” program in previous years are NOT ELIGIBLE for this activity
The subsidy can NOT be offered unless the following documents are provided:
1.Passport (Time of entry no earlier than 30th Sept, 2018)
2.Air ticket itinerary
3.Original copy of the boarding pass
Reimbursement allowance standard varies from the place of departure:
Participants from Europe/America/Australia: RMB 5000 yuan/person
Participants from the Asian-Pacific region: RMB 3000 yuan/person
Attention Please:
1.If the actual expenses on flight ticket is below the standard, only the actual costs can be reimbursed.
2.If the flight ticket is redeemed by frequent-flier miles or credits, no reimbursement allowance is provided.
3.Participants are expected to check in on time and participate in all activities.
4.The activities are exclusive to those who are officially invited. Family members of the invited will not be served.
