2019年8月25日下午，在廣東省律師協會副會長陳方、副秘書長鄧捷帶領下，19位來自新加坡與馬來西亞的律師拜訪了廣東固法律師事務所，固法所創始合夥人彭波與王燕律師接待了一衆異國同行貴賓。
在此之前，新加坡與馬來西亞律師在省律協的組織下拜訪了廣州市仲裁委、廣東省高院、廣東公共法律服務中心等單位，廣東固法律師事務所是唯一一家集中參觀交流的律師事務所。彭波律師向到訪的新加坡與馬來西亞律師介紹了固法在涉外法律服務領域的實踐以及固法堅持國際精品律師事務所建設發展的理念。
隨後固法組織了晚宴，與新加坡與馬來西亞律師進行了更充分的交流，進一步加深了解，建立信任與友誼，在未來共同助力“一帶一路”國家與粵港澳大灣區法律服務建設。
Singaporean and Malaysian Lawyers Visit PW & Partners
On August 25th, 2019, Chen Fang, deputy director of Guangdong Lawyers Association and Deng Jie, deputy secretary-general, accompanied 19 lawyers from Singapore and Malaysia visiting PW & Partners. James Peng and Ada Wang, funder partners of PW, welcomed the distinguished foreign guests.
Under the organization of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, Singaporean and Malaysian lawyers visited the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, the Guangdong High Court, and the Guangdong Public Legal Service Center etc. PW & Partners is the only law firm they visited together. James introduced the practice of PW in the field of foreign-related legal services and the concept of PW adhering to the construction and development of international boutique law firms.
Afterwards, PW lawyers organized a dinner party and had more full exchanges with Singaporean and Malaysian lawyers to further deepen understanding each other, build trust and friendship, and jointly contribute to the legal services construction in “Belt and Road” countries and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area in the future.
