各航空公司、旅遊供應商：
中華人民共和國文化和旅遊部于2020年1月24日已經發布即時暫停全國旅遊企業經營活動的緊急通知，本著維護旅客生命安全的宗旨，在此特殊時期希望貴司可以配合中國的遊客和旅行社調整團隊的政策，給旅客和旅行社比較寬松的退款(票)和改簽的方案(含香港口岸航司)，建議如下：
一、退款(票)。希望貴司能夠免費退款(票)，如果不能免費退款(票)，則酌情收取少量費用；
二、改期。建議改期可以到2020全年，由于中國遊客長假期並不多，希望貴司能夠給多一點的寬限期。
春節是中國重要節日，如果貴司能夠在此時給予中國旅客如此政策，今後貴司在中國的口碑也必定獲得遊客和各旅行社好評。

OnJanuary24,2020,China Ministry of Cultureand Tourism has issued 【An
Urgent Notice of Suspending All Tour Group Business from Travel Companies】.In order to protect all Chinese consumers'safety and to stop
the further spread of the new coronavirus,it sincerely hoped that all airlines(including airlines from HK Airport)and all suppliers could adjust your group policies for China tour groups and China outbound agents at such special and critical period. Suggestions are possibly made as follows if China tour groups are cancelled or postponed for departure：
1.Refunding:It is sincerely hoped that all cancellations will not be charged although they are the last minutes’cancellations.If there is any fees produced,please kindly reduce the fee as much as possible。
2.Postponing:If the group is postponed for departure,please kindly extend
the period for the whole year of 2020.It is known that Chinese consumers have few long holidays as Chinese New Year Chinese New Year is the most important holiday in China.If the airline or the supplier has adjusted the group policies as suggested,the kind messages and good images could be borne in Chinese consumers'minds and in China travel agents。
(In case there is any discrepancy between the Chinese edition and the English edition,the Chinese edition shall prevail.)
