如果要列舉出2017年朋友圈熱詞排行榜,那麽”網紅奶茶”必當位居前列。
以喜茶、一點點爲代表的,被各大營銷號瘋狂安利的網紅奶茶店,自今年年初起就引得無數緊跟潮流的網友紛紛前去拔草,並在朋友圈打卡撩撥。
在這種狂熱追捧趨勢下,外媒也前來圍觀中國人排隊買奶茶的盛況。

1、網紅奶茶所指何物?
旅行雜志《悅遊Traveler》(Condé Nast Traveler )官網上文章這樣描述:
Called zhīshìchá in Mandarin (meaning “cheese tea”), the concept has spread from the street stalls of Taiwan to China, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and even to New York’s Flushing neighborhood. Among the first purveyors of the concoction in China, HEYTEA churns out cups of matcha, oolong, jasmine, and black tea crowned with an inch of sweet and salty whipped cheese. In its assembled form, it resembles a macchiato.
普通話稱作芝士茶(意思是奶酪茶),這種茶的概念最早來自台灣的街邊小店,之後在中國內地、新加坡、馬來西亞、香港地區流行開來,甚至擴散到紐約的法拉盛一帶。喜茶(HEYTEA)是中國第一批提供這種混合飲料的商家之一,店員攪動抹茶、烏龍茶、茉莉花茶和紅茶,再在頂上加上一英寸厚的甜鹹的奶酪。成品的形式類似macchiato。

沒錯,在外媒眼中,網紅奶茶主要所指的就是奶蓋茶(cheese tea)。
馬來西亞《星報》(The Star)也曾這樣提到過我國奶蓋茶的崛起:
According to a 2014 article in the Daily Beast, America sent less than 2,000 metric tonnes of cheese to China in 2009. By 2013, this had shot up to 11,000 metric tonnes. This changing palate is reflected in other ways too, most notably the raging trend that has spread across China over the past few years: cheese tea!

2、網紅奶茶爲何會爆紅網絡?
《赫芬頓郵報》(Huffington Post)這樣分析奶茶能成功的原因:
The tea has been an instant success for two reasons: the flavors of the tea and cheese are very complementary, and the cheese cream is an effective way to tone down the natural bitterness of the tea.
這種奶茶能立刻火爆起來有兩個原因:一是茶和芝士的味道非常互補,二是芝士奶蓋能有效地緩和茶的苦澀味道。
但除了網紅奶茶本身的味道絕佳之外,朋友圈裏網紅奶茶的粉絲群體也是功不可沒的。
各大網絡紅人在微博、微信一曬,也是使得中國年輕人趨之若鹜的原因之一。
同樣,在外媒的眼中,網紅奶茶也是ins的常客。

Unusual as it sounds to those of us who haven’t tried it, #cheesetea may soon become a frequent sight on your Instagram feed。
對于那些沒有嘗試過的人來說這似乎有些不尋常,可能用不了多久大家就會在Instagram消息中頻繁看到#cheesetea話題。

美國Food Network網站告訴你,這才是網紅芝士奶茶的正確打開方式!
In China, where people line up for cheese tea for hours outside an ever-increasing number of tea shops offering it, patrons are encouraged to sip their cheese tea without stirring, Star2 reports. Furthermore, they are urged not to use the straw with which they are provided, but rather to sip straight from the cup.
Star2網站報道,在中國,人們爲了喝芝士奶茶不惜排隊數個小時,而售賣這樣奶茶的商店數量也正與日俱增,他們鼓勵顧客喝奶蓋茶時不要攪動,而是一口一口啜飲。此外,顧客也被囑咐不要使用店家提供的吸管,而是直接從杯口喝。

“When you drink this way, you can feel two layers of taste – cheese followed by tea. If you drink it with a straw, you can mostly only taste the tea.”

This pairing actually works—the salted cheese plays up the tea’s floral notes, and the tea, in turn, tastes smooth and creamy.
