Their Black Char Siew is slow cooked on the grill to achieve a sticky caramelized exterior, while remaining tender and juicy within, thanks to a secret recipe sauce concocted by the team. Another must-try is the Signature Seafood Broken Rice Claypot Porridge (SGD6.80), a dish that is meticulously cooked in batches on the charcoal fire to produce a light umami broth that is then topped with a generous serving of white clams, barramundi and *oysters.
