在學校,和同學分組完成Presentation,或者參加學校一些活動要發表演講的時候你會怎麽開頭呢?
在公司,如果你要發表一個關于新作品新方案的演講,你又會怎麽開頭呢?
吸引人的開頭總是能活躍演講氣氛,並且能讓聽衆更容易投入到演講中。下面讓我們來舉些栗子吧
抓住大家的注意,聲明演講開始
1. Welcome today to our presentation about….
(歡迎大家來到我們今天關于…的演講。)
2. I am glad to have all of you here today
(我很高興今天能在這裏看到大家。)
3. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you about…
(感謝主辦方給我這個機會讓我能在這裏告訴你們關于…的事情。)
吸引聽衆的耳朵
1. I am going to be speaking about something that is vitally important to all of us.
(接下來我要說一件對大家來說都非常重要的事。)
2. At the end of this presentation you will understand why this company has been so sucessful for so long. (聽完這次演講以後你們就會知道爲啥這家公司成功經營了那麽長一段時間。)
3. By the end of this presentation, you will know all there is to know about…
(聽完這個演講以後,你們將會知道所有關于…的事情)
告知聽衆大致演講時間
1. The next ten to fifteen minues will change your attitutudes towards to investment banking.
(接下來這10到15分鍾的演講會改變你們對投行的看法。)
2. Over the next few minutes you are going to hear about…..
(在接下來的10分鍾你將會聽到關于….)
當然,有些人不喜歡浪費時間,會選擇直接進入主題
1. Well, the topic I’m going to deal with is…
(今天我們說的主題是….)
2. I’m sure everybody is interested in this topic, so I will share with you some articles about it
(我相信很多人對這個話題感興趣,那麽今天我就來向分享一下關于它的文章。)
3. Today I’d like to say something about…
(今天我想向大家介紹一下….)
4. Today, we are here to give a presentation on…(今天我們站在這裏對…發表一個演講),如需介紹成員,可以在後面加上:Before we start, I would like you to meet all of our team members. (在我們開始前,先讓我們認識一下這次的團員。)
先給聽衆一個大致的概括
1. Before we start our presentation, let’s take a brief look at the agenda.
(在演講正式開始之前,讓我們來看看今天的大概內容。)
2. The main area that I intend to cover in this presentation is…
(這個演講的主要內容是…)
3. Before we start, let’s take a moment and think of…(和聽衆做一個小小互動,把問題帶給他們,然後讓他們帶著問題一邊思考一邊聽接下來的演講,從中也可以讓他們知道你這次演講的主題是什麽。)
以後演講前不要一上台就只會說:Today we are going to present…. 有這麽多語句可以開頭,趕緊收藏吧!

Tell A Good Story 講故事法
此法最直接的效果就是能夠激發觀衆的同理心,讓他們站在你的立場來考慮問題,理解你的感受,體會你的心理曆程,“讓觀衆有共鳴,演講才精彩”。So這樣一來觀衆就變成了己方,你便可以愉快地進行接下來的演講啦。

Question / Startle Your Audience 提問 / 反問法
此法既能激發觀衆的好奇心,又能引發他們去思考。人都是充滿好奇心的,使用設問、反問等引導性問題也是演講中吸引注意力的好方法。如果問題能夠與觀衆切身相關,當然效果更好啦。

Make Visual Stimulation 視覺刺激法
此法最適用于引起觀衆的注意,使其能明晰要點。使用視覺刺激能讓演講變得更加豐富多彩、更加生動有趣,並且讓觀衆能夠更好地理解你想要表達的信息。
