(2019年8月8日,/HRoot.com/)近日,根據羅致恒富的一項調查顯示,新加坡超過四分之三(79%)的企業首席信息官認爲,雇用合同工管理其組織內的數字化轉型計劃具有挑戰性。
調查發現,在招聘信息技術方面員工時,100%的首席信息官會定期雇用全職員工協助數字化轉型計劃,92%的受訪者會聘用合同工,78%的受訪者則會聘用基層的臨時工。
羅致恒富表示:“隨著公司逐漸地適應了這些技術可能對其業務帶來的挑戰和機遇,由于新加坡技術部門人才關鍵技能的缺乏,各企業對頂級信息技術方面的技能需求不斷增加。”
據羅致恒富的調查數據顯示,80%的首席信息官同意招聘經驗豐富的臨時用工/合同工幫助他們進行數字化轉型,70%使用臨時用工/合同工來提升他們現有團隊的專業技能。
未來信息技術合同工的招聘呈現向好趨勢,73%的首席信息官表示,經驗豐富的臨時/合同制信息技術員工在管理公司的數字化轉型舉措方面變得越來越重要。

(Aug.8, 2019, /staffingindustry.com/)More than three-quarters, or 79%, of CIOs (Chief Information Officer) in Singapore find it challenging to source contract professionals to manage digital transformation initiatives within their organisation, according to a survey from Robert Half.
The survey of 75 CIOs in Singapore found that when hiring IT employees, 100% of the CIOs regularly hire permanent employees to assist with digital transformation initiatives, 92% are hiring contractors and 78% are hiring staff-level temporary employees.
“As companies adjust to the challenges and opportunities these technologies can have on their business, the demand for top IT skills continues to increase in Singapore’s critical skills shortage within the technology sector,” Robert Half stated.
Robert Half’s survey data showed that 80% of CIOs agree hiring experienced interim/contract professionals help their digital transformation efforts and 70% use interim/contract professionals to upskill their existing teams.
In a positive indication for the future of IT contractor hiring, 73% of CIOs say experienced interim/contract IT professionals have become increasingly important to manage their company’s digital transformation initiatives.
