VUE’s four-course prix fixed menu served across two days was especially conceived by executive chef Sam Chin and his team. Every course is devoted to expressing love and affections with items like oysters and caviar to foie gras and lobster tails. Portions are planned for sharing, especially with that special someone.

Two Days of Exquisitely Curated Romance
Start the evening with an amuse bouche, before delving into the Seafood Platter made for two. Relish over a selection of creamy Spéciale Geay oysters, sweet Hokkaido spot prawns, luscious sea urchin, fresh Blue-fin tuna tartare, and luxurious French caviar.

The second course brings options of Pan Seared Norwegian Scallop, served with fluffy scrambled eggs and shavings of truffle for that extra touch of decadence, or Foie Gras, lightly pan seared to a light crisp and served with a rhubarb variation for a touch of sweetness, and brioche for bite.
For your main course, be spoiled for choice with the delectable Grilled Patagonian Toothfish served with a side of grilled mushroom and porcini mushroom consommé, or a Grilled Maine Lobster Tail dressed in a basil gnudi, carbonara cream and crispy Jamon iberico, or indulge in the Grilled New Zealand Alpine Merino Lamb Loin, a juicy cut with sides of baba ganoush, eggplant chips and lamb jus, while the lavish Grilled Wagyu Kumamoto Emperor ‘Kokuou’A4 (add $28) is a serving of the restaurant’s best with broccolini mash and a truffle teriyaki glaze..

End the evening with a surprising treat by chef Sam and team that complements the Lychee Gelee dessert, constructed with a vibrant rose macaron, raspberry compote and ispahan crème patisserie.
The menu concludes with Petit Fours, but the night doesn’t need to end just yet – adjourn to the Spritz bar to enjoy the lovely night sky with a nightcap.
This Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Four-Course Menu is available from 14-15 February and priced at $388++ per couple. With a beverage pairing at $78++ per person.
