2022RDGP Singapore Cloud Dance Competition is held by the Health and Sports Development Center of China Cares for the Next Generation Working Committee, organized by the RDGP International Organizing Committee, prepared by Yue Dance Studio under the brand of Xiangyue Culture Arts, sponsored by the Culture & Education Association of Singapore, involving in artists and dance associations from more than a dozen countries around the world, which is an international event held annually.
2022RDGP新加坡雲端舞蹈大獎賽是由中國關心下一代工作委員會健康體育發展中心主辦，RDGP國際組委會組織，翔悅文藝旗下悅舞坊承辦，新加坡文化與教育協會贊助，由世界十幾個國家的藝術家和舞蹈協會共同參與，每年舉辦一次的國際盛會。
The competition has been successfully held in China for six times and has received strong support from relevant government departments and embassies of various countries. It aims to fully display the artistic achievements of dance practitioners and organizations around the world, select and cultivate excellent dance talents, build an international exchange platform for dance art, and jointly promote the prosperity and development of dance in the world, which is praised as the Olympics of Dance.
2016—2021年已在中國成功舉辦六屆，獲得各個國家政府有關部門以及大使館的大力支持，旨在充分展示全球各國舞蹈從業者以及組織的藝術成果，選拔、培養優秀的舞蹈人才，搭建國際化的舞蹈藝術交流平台，共同推動世界舞蹈的繁榮和發展,被贊譽爲舞蹈界的奧林匹克。
After six years of efforts, RDGP has become highly influential and internationally competitive competitions of dance in China. High specification, high standard and the participation of many international top art masters and international judges have become highlights of this competition. Over the past six years, more than 100,000 actors have participated in the competition, covering more than 20 countries and regions in the world. Nowadays, RDGP has increasingly become a famous brand of international dance events, and is moving forward towards the “Olympic” event of dance in the world.

Entry Qualification 參賽資格
1. Age limit of contestants: 5 years old or older (born before 1 July 2016).
2. The works of contestants can be Solo, Pas de deux, Pas de trois, Small group dance, Group dance and Mass dance.
3. The contestants’ works can be ballet, modern dance and Chinese dance expressed in various forms.
4. Solo and Pas de deux shall be 3 minutes, Pas de trois shall be 3 minutes 30 seconds, and group dance shall be 4 minutes 30 seconds
1. 參賽選手的年齡限制：5歲以上（2016年7月1日之前出生的）。
2. 參賽選手的作品可以爲Solo、雙人舞、三人舞、小群舞、群舞、大群舞。
3. 參賽選手的作品可以是以多種形式表現的芭蕾舞、現代舞、中國舞。
4. 獨舞，雙人舞爲3分鍾；三人舞爲3分30秒；群舞爲4分30秒之內
參賽作品可以選送近兩年錄制的舞蹈作品

Rules for the Competition 比賽規則
1
Score 評分
1) 比賽評審委員會由國內外舞蹈界知名人士組成，評委名單將在賽前公布。
1) The Evaluation Committee of the competition will be composed of well-known people from the dance field at home and abroad. The list of judges will be announced before the competition.
2) 所有評委將本著公平公正的原則爲參賽選手評分。
2) All the judges will score the contestants based on the principles of fairness and justice.
3) 比賽將采用10分制，每場比賽後評委將爲參賽選手分別評分，計算時將去掉最高分和最低分。
3) The competition will adopt a 10-point system. After each competition, the judges will score the contestants respectively, and the highest and lowest points will be removed during calculation.
4) 評分標准：評委將根據參賽選手作品的創意，對音樂的诠釋以及編創技術的運用進行綜合評分。
4) Scoring criteria: The judges will comprehensively score the interpretation of music and the application of editing and creation technologies according to the creativity of the contestants’ works.
5) 評委必須嚴守保密規則，不得擅自泄露討論結果。
5) The judges must strictly comply with the confidentiality rules and shall not divulge the discussion results without authorization.
6) 評委會有權保留任何一個獎項的授予權，根據比賽成績頒發或不頒發某一獎項，也可將同一獎項拆分給一個以上的參賽選手。
6) The Evaluation Committee shall have the right to retain the right to award any award, which can award or not award a certain prize according to the competition results, or split the same prize into more than one contestant.
7) 評委會的決定是終審決定，不可更改。
7) The decision of the Evaluation Committee is final and cannot be changed.

Media reports and video data 媒體報道和影像資料
1) 組委會獨家享有比賽及相關活動的以下權利：新聞采訪、比賽期間及開幕式活動和慶典演出的錄音、錄像、實況轉播、報道、攝影、印刷品和音像制品的制作和發行、通過信息網絡向公衆傳播等。未經組委會的書面授權，任何人不得進行從事以上活動。
1) The organizing committee shall exclusively enjoy the following rights of the competition and related activities: Production and distribution, and dissemination to the public through information networks of sound recording, video recording, live broadcasting, reporting, photography, printing and audio-visual products to news interview, activities and celebration performances during the competition and the opening ceremony, etc. Without the written authorization of the organizing committee, no person shall engage in the above activities.
2) 組委會及組委會授權的第三方在比賽期間有權安排參賽選手參加攝影、采訪、轉播、錄音、錄像等活動。
2) The organizing committee and the third party authorized by the organizing committee shall have the right to arrange the contestants to participate in photography, interviews, broadcasting, audio recording, video recording and other activities during the competition.
3) 組委會承諾參賽選手的形象不受歪曲。
3) The organizing committee promises that the image of contestants will not be distorted.
4) 組委會及組委會授權的第三方有權在以下情況中及相關制品上使用參賽選手的姓名、肖像、照片、聲音、履曆：
4) The organizing committee and the third party authorized by the organizing committee shall have the right to use the names, portraits, photos, voices and resumes of contestants in the following circumstances and on related products:
A比賽及相關活動的推廣、展示、宣傳；
A. Promotion, display and publicity of the competition and related activities;
B比賽及相關活動制作、錄制、發行的印刷品、音像制品上，以及上述印刷品、音像制品的宣傳、銷售。
B. Production, recording and distribution of printing and audio-visual products of the competition and related activities, as well as publicity and sales of the above printing and audio-visual products.
5) 參賽選手對組委會(及組委會授權的第三方)關于以上4)的許可是全球範圍內的、永久的、無償的。
5) The permission of contestants to the organizing committee (and the third party authorized by the organizing committee) for the above 4) is worldwide, permanent and free.
6) 參賽選手在比賽中所使用的音樂、舞蹈、舞美設計或向組委會提供的照片、履曆等爲第三方享有著作權的作品時，參賽選手應當獲得著作權人的書面授權。參賽選手保證其所獲得的授權不但確保其本人在比賽中對相關作品的使用行爲合法，而且應當保證組委會（及組委會授權的第三方）基于本條4）的許可行使相關權利時不會侵犯任何第三方就相關作品的權利。否則參賽選手將承擔因違反上述保證給組委會造成的損失。
6) If the music, dance and stage design used by competitors in the competition or the photos and resumes provided to the organizing committee are copyrighted by a third party, the contestant shall obtain the written authorization from the copyright owner. The contestant shall guarantee that the authorization not only ensures that the use of works in the competition is legal, but also shall guarantee that the organizing committee (and the third party authorized by the organizing committee) in exercising the relevant rights does not infringe the rights of any third party in respect of 4) in this Article. Otherwise, the contestant will bear the losses caused to the organizing committee by the violation of the above guarantee.
7) 比賽期間參賽選手不得擅自接受未經組委會書面授權的任何新聞媒體、組織或個人關于比賽的采訪或擅自向第三方透露與比賽相關的未經公開披露的信息，否則組委會有權決定是否取消其參賽資格。
7) During the competition, contestants shall not be allowed to be interviewed about the competition by any news media, organizations or individuals without written authorization from the organizing committee or unlawfully disclose to a third party information relating to the competition that has not been publicly disclosed. Otherwise, the organizing committee shall have the right to decide whether to cancel the competition.
