“黑珍珠餐廳指南”已是第五年發布，它同時還見證著東西方美食文明的交彙。今年，在全球736家入圍餐廳中，共有283家鑽級餐廳脫穎而出，覆蓋國內北京、上海、深圳、廣州、澳門、香港、台北、成都、重慶等22個城市以及海外紐約、曼谷、新加坡與巴黎四城（因疫情原因，東京今年暫停發布）。
