• At least 1-3 years of experience in interior fitting-out works and planning for commercial projects such as retail, F&B and corporate offices

3.Project Admin
Description:
• Assist the project team in all aspect of project follow up such as administrative support, material handling, quotation preparation, coordination, purchasing and follow up procedure etc
• Liaise and coordinate with the contractors and ensure the work progress is completed on time
• Coordinate with production team and factory to update on the progress of production
• All other ad hoc tasks when assigned
Job Requirements:
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office application such as Word, Excel
• Multi-tasking and able to organized well
• Detail minded, hardworking, attentive to details and good communication skills
• Able to start immediate or on short notice
