女傭問題，一直曠日持久的困擾著新加坡很多家庭。而最近，這個尖銳矛盾更是出奇的邪乎，從打打罵罵發展到殺人越貨，真是各種綠林好漢+加勒比海盜的風采，不過，話又說回來，除去個別極端分子之外，大部分女傭又的確是家庭的好幫手，而且就工資價格與工作內容，與國內保姆相比較的話，那性價比肯定是完勝，你不要太介意我爲什麽和國內比，因爲除了新加坡和中國，我也不知道其他地方的保姆行情，這也是硬傷，特別歡迎有對世界各國保姆行情谙熟的人來補充對比。

雖然個案聳人聽聞，不過需要請女傭的家庭還得繼續過日子，不能因噎廢食，而且我們也總是心存期待“遇到的是個勤奮誠實的女傭”，即使不太勤勞不太誠實，也至少是個正常人，不要狼子野心就好。
去年開始，我終于也加入了聘請女傭的大家庭中，個中滋味真是百轉千回，第一個女傭半途而廢之後，朋友鄰居們都開始爲我提供無償培訓，縱觀一下身邊，再反思一下自己，我們中國人爲什麽不如新加坡人或香港人對女傭管理得好呢？
我發覺了一個根本原因，那就是我們中國人從小就被教育沒有階級觀念，全世界的勞苦大衆兄弟姐妹都是一家人，所以在我們的心裏，始終無法徹底的與女傭形成明確的階級關系。
中國人好面子，很多事情都喜歡給別人留有余地，這就導致了女傭們的得寸進尺，不知天高地厚，而新加坡人或香港人就可以很明確而嚴苛告訴女傭什麽可以什麽不可以，一點情面也不留，明確建立主仆關系，這是值得我們中國家庭借鑒的地方。我這個觀點，你先不要急著跳腳，至少稍微想一下也好。
跳過如何選擇與培訓女傭，反正新加坡政府已經那麽貼心地爲女傭准備了各種配套政策。作爲雇主，我們也要堅強的站起來保護自己，從明確工作內容開始，今天就先來分享一個工作清單，這是我結合網上一個很流行的香港版女傭規範改編的，大家可以再根據自己家裏的具體情況修改。香港原版就不放在這裏，感興趣可以自己搜索一下，那措辭之嚴厲，真是讓我對自己的過往十分汗顔！
需要特別說明的是，以下版本有不少地方有明顯的語法錯誤，你先別急著給我挑錯，我謝謝你，故意寫成這樣是因爲我家女傭英文水平有限，太複雜怕造成誤解而失去意義，當然你家女傭要是英文四六級水平的，完全可以改正過來，最好讓女傭做下改正那才叫精彩！中英文並列是爲了方便家裏老爸老媽隨時指揮監督女傭。
Get up time起床時間: 6:15am (working dayand school day) (工作日)
7:15am(weekend/PH and school holiday)（休息日/學校假期）
Break time午休時間: 2:30pm-3:00pm (not for going out day)（外出日除外）
Sleep time睡覺時間: 9:30pm
– Clean the fans 清理電扇- Clean exterior and interior of all drawers, cabinets andwardrobes 清理所有抽屜、櫃子、衣櫥的內外部
– Clean all doors and window frames 清理所有門窗和窗框
– Clean the sofa with baby oil 沙發打油
– Clean the kitchen wall tiles. 清理廚房瓷磚
– Clean exhaust fans and smoke hoods 清理油煙機
– Clean the exteriorand interior of the oven, microwave and garbage bin. 清理烤箱，微波爐和垃圾桶內外部
– Clean the exteriorand interior of kitchen cabinets 清理櫥櫃內外部
– Clean the fridge andwashing machine 清理冰箱和洗衣機

– Vacuum beds 除螨
– Clean the dressingtable and mirror 清理梳妝台，穿衣鏡
– Clean the exterior oftoy boxes 清理玩具箱
– Wash plastic shoesand school shoes on Friday evening 刷鞋
– Polish leather shoes(only for Sir on every Saturday morning) 給皮鞋打油
– Iron the clothes 熨燙衣服
– Sweep and mop the floorwith detergent 掃地擦地
– Clean the tea tableand dining table 擦茶幾和餐桌
– Clean the stove, sink,rice cooker, pan, pot after cooking 煮飯後清洗所有廚具及爐竈
– Clean and dry updishes, keep inside the cabinet at the end of day 洗淨擦幹所有餐具，放回櫥櫃
– Clean the kettle andwater bottle when necessary 清理燒水壺和涼水杯
– Clean the toilet bowldaily with detergent and dettol 清洗馬桶
– Clean the whole bath room (mirror, cabinet, rack, sink, glass door,floor and all) every 3 days, no need everyday 每隔三天清洗整個衛生間
– Clean all bookshelf,computer table 清理書架電腦桌
– Make up beds everymorning 整理床鋪
– Clean all furnitureand decorations 清理家具及擺設
– Check if there is enoughwater in the hot pot and glass bottle 確保熱水和涼水壺有足夠的水
– Wash clothes by hand 手洗衣服
– Pick up gege and DONOT CHAT with other maids outside school 接哥哥,不許和學校外的其他女傭聊天
– Pick up didi and lookafter them when they are at playground 接弟弟,看著他們玩
– Shower for children 給孩子沖涼
– Dispose all thegarbage and clean the sink in the kitchen before go to bed 睡前清理所有垃圾及水槽
– Keep the living room,dining room, study room and bedrooms clean and tidy at all times 時刻保持家裏幹淨整潔
– Put back children’s toys and belongings in their places 整理孩子的玩具及物品
– Use different clothfor different purpose, eg.cleaning furniture, cleaning dining table, dry updishes, washing basin and washing toilets etc. 分類使用抹布
– The cloth must be washand sunshine after use 抹布用過後要洗淨曬幹
– Always look after children and make sure they are cleanand safe all the time at home and go outside. 保證時刻照顧好孩子
– DO NOT shout and beat children 不許打罵孩子
– Ask Mdm before give any candy or soft drink to children 給孩子吃糖或飲料前要問過雇主
– Play with children when they need 在孩子需要時陪他們玩
– DO NOT leave the children at home alone as it is very dangerous and illegal, you will be dismissed at once if it occurs.不要讓孩子單獨呆在家裏，一旦發現，立即解雇
– Prepare breakfast 准備早餐
– Prepare lunch forgege 給哥哥准備午餐
– Prepare dinnermaterial or dinner (depends on Mdm request) 准備晚餐材料或者指定晚餐
-Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing or servingfood 准備食物前洗手
-Learn to cook chinese meals 學習煮中式菜
– Provide the children with good meals and make sure they finished when employer is not at home 主人不在時，確保孩子們吃好喝好
– Do not waste food 不要浪費食物
– Ensure that meals are prepared and served at the propertime 保證按時准備好食物
– When there are guests, must say hello and goodbye tothem, serving drinks and fruits. 客人來的時候要打招呼，並倒水送水果
– After the guests left, tidy up the place immediately 客人離開後，整理好東西
– Must say hello and goodbye to host, and say thank youwhen accept drink and food from host 去別人家做客要與主人打招呼，接受東西要說謝謝
– Look after children all the time when at other’s house 時刻照看孩子
– DO NOT CHAT with host’s maid 不許和主人的女傭聊天
– Help host to clean up dining table or kitchen upon Mdmrequest 如果雇主要求，需要幫助主人清理餐桌及廚房
– In case of illness, please tell employer 身體不舒服要告訴雇主
– All breakable items must be handled with great care. If something is damaged because of carelessness, it is agreed that costs of those items can be deducted from your salary 易碎品輕拿輕放，任何破損扣工資
– Must report any mistakes or accidents immediately and ask for instruction 做錯事要立即報告
– Do not use employer’s belongings and articles. Ask for permission when you depose anything, Do not give your food to children without the permission 不許使用雇主物品，丟任何東西之前要問過雇主，不許隨便給孩子吃你自己的東西
– DO NOT take away anything from the house without the approval. It will be reported to police immediately if any valuables are stolen. 不許拿雇主的任何東西，否則報警
– DO NOT leave the house without permission 不許擅自出門
– DO NOT bring friends or relatives to employer’s house 不許帶親戚朋友來雇主家
– No advance salary 不可預支工資
– You are not allowed to use employer’s address and telephone number for whatever purpose without employer’s permission 未經許可，不許使用雇主的地址電話
– DO NOT take drugs and alcohol anywhere and anytime 不許嗑藥酗酒
– Save water and energy and use less detergent for cleaning, Turn off light/ fan when it is not used 節約水電
– Employer will give you shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothpaste, tooth brush, and towel, others on your own expense. 雇主提供洗發水，沐浴乳，香皂，牙膏牙刷，毛巾，其他個人用品自己買
– Keep your hair short, clean and tidy 保持頭發整潔
– Keep your nails short and clean. Do not use any nail polish on fingers and toes. Do make-up 定期剪指甲，不許塗指甲油，化妝
– Hand wash your own clothes separately 分開手洗自己的衣服
– Dispose the sanitary napkins properly by wrapping them up and put them in the garbage bags 衛生巾要折疊包好再丟入垃圾桶
– DO NOT wear short pants and sleeveless shirt, or other tight clothes 不許穿吊帶熱褲及緊身衣
這樣的穿著，絕對不允許
– Be polite and greet the employer and the family, relatives and friends by saying “good morning/ good afternoon/ good evening/ good night”見到雇主及雇主親朋要問好
– Don’t forget to say thank you for all favors given to you 時刻道謝
– If you have anything not understand, must ask 不懂就問
– Do not get affair with man 不許亂搞
– Do not chat with other maids around 不許與周圍女傭聊天
Whenever an EMERGENY occurs, be sure to call POLICE(995) first, when FIRE breaks out, TAKE TOGETHERTHE CHILDREN TO LEAVE THE FLAT FIRST and stay at a safe place, then call employer （此處可寫雇主電話） and ask for specific instructions.
發生危險時先報警，把孩子帶到安全地帶再給雇主打電話尋求指導。
