當我們學外語的時候，我們都習慣了去避免錯誤，甚至害怕犯錯誤，可你知道嗎，即使是美國人，英國人這樣的native speaker，也會犯錯誤。
爲了讓大家掌握更精確的英語知識，小愛爲大家整理了英語國家的人常犯的十大錯誤哦。
這裏講的錯誤，不是口音，或者方言，而是相對于標准英語，嚴格語法上講，它是錯的。
No.1
Using “don’t” instead of “doesn’t”
（用“don’t”代替”doesn’t”）
（1）My mama don’t like you.
主語my mama是第三人稱單數，所以，正確說法是My mama doesn’t like you.
（2）She don’t know me.
很明顯， 主語是she，所以正確說法是：She doesn’t know me.
（3）It don’t matter.
正確說法應該是：it doesn’t matter.

Unclear subject number 主語單複數混亂
Every one of them needfood and water.
乍一看沒問題，可正確說法是Every one of them needsfood and water.
主語是Every one，“of them”只是來修飾主語的，因爲them和動詞隔得太近，所以native speaker會把主語當成複數。

Confusing homophones when writing. 寫作的時候同音詞混亂
首先Homophones就是發音相同但是拼寫不一樣的詞。
比如great 和 grate. here hear; son sun. 這幾個詞native speaker 不會犯錯。
I should of come earlier.
說出來聽是非常自然的，可是中間的should of應該寫成’ve。因爲他們的發音是一樣的，所以native speaker在寫的時候會出現這樣的錯誤。
同樣的例子還有affect 和 effect, 在平時說話，effect常常的發音affect.
這個錯誤一般中國人不會犯，但是native speaker在寫的時候，他腦子裏面就想的這個發音，于是就容易寫錯。
同理，your你的，和you’re，you are的縮寫
their；there ；they’re

Subjunctive mood. 虛擬語氣
英語中用虛擬語氣表示假設，非事實，主觀願望和必要性。但很多native speaker不去用。
It’s important that he goes to the hospital.
乍一看沒有什麽問題，但是這裏要表達他去醫院的一個必要性， 所以要用It’s important that he go to the hospital.
還有一種情況，就是虛擬中was和were
If I was your boyfriend. 如果我是你男朋友。
標准英語應該用were，If I were your boyfriend. 但是很多native speaker喜歡用was。

Confusion of adverbs and adjectives. 形容詞和副詞混亂
（1）She danced really good.
這句子聽起來非常自然，不過good是形容詞，我們這裏需要一個副詞來修飾動詞danced，所以，正確的版本是She danced really well.
（2）I feel badly about that.
你也許想，副詞修飾動詞，這句沒問題。
可是，副詞是用來修飾行爲動詞action verb。 但是feel是一個stative verb狀態動詞，狀態動詞用形容詞修飾。
應該是I feel bad about that.可又有人要問了，I feel well 這句話對嗎？對的，但是，well在這裏不是一個副詞，而是形容詞，意思是healthy 健康的，而並非good的副詞版本。

Double negatives 雙重否定
(1) I don’t belong to no one.
正確的說法是，I don’t belong to anyone.
(2) I don’t need no money.
正確的說法是，I don’t need any money.

Confusion of “is” and “are” be動詞的單複數混亂
比如視頻中：There’s three types of people
正確說法是There are three types of people.
There’s two balconies.
應該說There are two balconies.
再例如：
There’s nine people at the party.
應該是There are nine people at the party.
不過，即使有些受過高等教育的native speaker 也這樣說，有時候都不知道，這到底該不該算錯誤了。

Confusion of lie and lay. 動詞lie和lay的混淆
Let’s lie on the bed. 我們躺床上吧。
這是正確的說法，但是很多人會說：let’s lay on the bed. 這是錯的，因爲lay是及物動詞，後面可以直接跟賓語，比如說，let’s lay the clothes on the bed 我們把衣服放床上。

Confusion of “less” and “fewer”
“less”和“fewer”的混淆
I read less books than before.我看書比以前少了。
book是可數名詞，可數名詞應該用fewer，而less是用來修飾不可數名詞的。
所以正確說法是：I read fewerbooks than before.
