As the sun settles, the destination for elegant tea-time pursuits transforms into a charming watering hole where one can look forward to sipping on seven scintillating cocktails while basking in the golden hour.
Handcrafted by the hotel’s talented band of mixologists, the line-up of cocktails comprises truly unique tipples inspired by botanicals and the tropics. The concoction tastes as alluring as they sound – tropical components the likes of lemon, pineapple, coconut and orange, as well as floral accents such as chamomile and elderflower, accentuates the sundowner drinking experience.
To complement the refreshing beverages, an appetising selection of bar bites is also available. Snack on mouth-watering Chilled Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce, Thai Prawn Cakes, local-inspired nosh such as Ngoh Hiang Charcoal Bun Sliders and Chicken Satay and even Flame-torched Beef Sirloin Cubes for an indulgent night-out. To add to the ambience, cosy up in comfy lounge chairs as STAGE 23, a duo made up of a talented singer and guitarist, serenades in the lobby every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening (7:30pm to 10pm) from now to December 2022.

Made with a fusion of rum and mezcal, then refined with lemon and pineapple juice, this robust yet tropical concoction captures the essence of the hotel’s resplendent heritage.
Al-Cohol ‘U’ Later $18
Earthy and floral, Al-Cohol ‘U’ Later is an herbaceous cordial that draws its mellow flavour from calming botanicals. Perfect for an evening lull, this gentle cocktail is made with chamomile-infused gin as its base liqueur, then complemented with elderflower syrup and hints of fresh lemon for a smooth and aromatic finish.
Dancing Swan$20
Inspired by the ever-graceful swan dancing on the summer lake, this fruit-based cocktail is saturated in a dreamy blue hue and boasts clean, citrusy notes. A hybrid of gin, Cointreau, Blue Cura?ao and lychee liqueur, this experimental spirit is an uplifting and refreshing blend that leaves a lingering sweet aftertaste.
Sojourn Surprise$19
This tropical sipper is a delicious combination of Rum, Malibu, Frangelico, Blue Curacao, pineapple and lemon juice with a splash of coconut water to give it a nutty twist. Completed with salted popcorn, this imaginative crowd-pleaser is as good as a summer cocktail can get.
Shibuya Crossing $22
Served in a dainty sake glass, this elegantly fashioned cocktail is made with Japanese alcoholic staples of plum wine and sake, then given a contemporary twist with a splash of vodka and Elderflower liqueur. This aperitif will enthral thirst tipplers with its smooth, clean and crisp mouthfeel.
No ‘Sling’ Attached$20
A riff off the iconic ‘Singapore Sling’, this bright and fruity drink strikes a balance between acidity from the citrus juices and subtle sweetness from the Brandy, Orange Liqueur and Sherry. Synonymous with vacations and an absolute sunshine in a glass, this yellow-hued beauty is light-bodied yet packs a punch.
Dalgona Cariljillo $21
This unassuming tipple is an alcoholic take on the internet sensation, Dalgona Coffee, and features sugar froth with a fluffy consistency sugar dolloped over a mixture of Espresso, Brandy, Kahlua with a hint of zesty lemon juice. Fragrant yet light and palatable with a distinct flavour of freshly pulled espresso, this beverage is a creamy amalgamation of coffee and booze.
