潘受（1911-1999），福建省南安縣人，1930年南渡新加坡，辦報、教書。抗戰期間往返于南洋與國內，後重返新加坡，並主持南洋大學校政。有《海外廬詩》等。
PAN Shou (1911-1999), born at Nan’an County, Fujian Province. He traveled south to Singapore in 1930, and ran newspapers and tutored students there. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he traveled to and from the Southeast Asia and China, then returned to Singapore, and presided over the school administration of Nanyang University. Pan authored Poems of Overseas Lodge, etc.（呂汶炫譯）
